SAFE Systems (UK) Ltd currently have many contracts to serve a pre-planned maintenance cycle for a range of clients. Our highly experienced maintenance staff are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to attend Planned Maintenance and call outs. Response is within 4 hours but typically sooner, our technicians carry a full range of spares and where possible will resolve problems on site.

We offer three types of Maintenance Contract, Routine, Comprehensive and Fully Comprehensive. Each contract will be designed to suit each client’s individual requirements.

As a minimum all Fire Systems are routinely tested quarterly and security systems twice a year in line with the relevant BS Standard. System servicing is available to suit the customer’s or the sites specific needs.

For all customers with on-going contracts we provide reporting in their preferred format, by fax, email and post.
